How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who contacts Editorappears Walk-In Tubs to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, we would like to hear about it. This page shows how to raise a concern and what happens after you do. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or messaged Editorappears Walk-In Tubs
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own estimates, prices, products, warranties and customer service. If you have trouble with work done in your home, it usually helps to raise it with the provider first and keep a written record.

Still, we want to know. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please note that Editorappears Walk-In Tubs cannot settle contract disputes, handle warranty claims, issue refunds for a provider's work, or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@editorappears.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will look into it, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not settle things, answer it and ask us to review the matter again. Your state attorney general, a state consumer protection office or the local Better Business Bureau may also be able to help. For licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
